As part of the Orange Educational Program for Politehnica, participating students from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ETTI) at the Politehnica University of Bucharest can benefit from:

Courses and Workshops
Students enrolled in the program will attend course sessions organized into modules covering various telecom and IT technologies, as well as courses on innovation and entrepreneurship. Technical modules address architecture, standards, network design (telecom and IT), and emerging technologies in the ICT field.
Overall, students benefit from:
- Over 100 hours of training, including webinars, in-class sessions, Q&A sessions, equipment simulations, and written assessments.
- Courses are delivered by experts from Orange’s Technical and IT departments, as well as partners such as Cisco, ZTE, Ericsson, Nexans, collaborators from UPB, entrepreneurs, and industry specialists.

Internships
From June to September of each academic year, students in the Orange Educational Program can take part in internships within Orange Romania’s Technical and IT departments. They will get hands-on experience with the technologies they’ve studied, as well as learn the processes of a telecom operator. Additionally, they will develop teamwork skills and learn what organizational culture means.
The internship ends with an activity report.
Study Scholarships
Scholarships awarded to students during the internship period range between €100 and €300 per month, depending on the educational package received.
Orange Romania also offers scholarships for bachelor’s thesis work conducted as part of internship projects.

Tutoring
Throughout the internship, each student will be assigned a tutor for guidance. Additionally, if the student chooses to write their thesis at the internship location or in another technical team within Orange Romania, a technical expert will provide mentorship.
