In the 2025–2026 academic year, Orange Romania offers students from partner universities (see list) enrolled in undergraduate studies in the years preceding the final year (3rd year for engineering students and 2nd year for mathematics-computer science specializations) 16 educational packages.

- Educational packages (partner universities) - 10 packages available for students from all partner universities.
- Educational packages UNSTPB - 2 packages dedicated exclusively to students of the National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest.
- Educational packages UTCN - 2 packages dedicated to students of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology (communications specialization).
- Educational packages TUIASI - 2 packages dedicated to students of the “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iași, Faculties of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology and Automation and Computers.
What does the educational package include?
- Monthly scholarship (July – August 2026) - worth €300 per month, granted for 2 months, starting July 1, 2026.
- Summer internship - internship within the Technical or IT departments of Orange Romania.
- Internship mentor - assigned mentor from Orange Romania during the internship period.
- Bachelor’s thesis project - possibility to complete the bachelor’s thesis within Orange Romania.
- Bachelor’s scholarship (September – December 2026) - worth €300 monthly for 4 months, starting September 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension for another 6 months starting January 1, 2027.
- Thesis mentor - dedicated support from an Orange Romania specialist for preparing the bachelor’s project.
- Participation diploma - certification offered within the Orange Educational Program.
- Recruitment priority - advantage in hiring processes starting January 2026.
How is the selection for awarding the packages done?
Application file + Interview
- Application file evaluation - awarding the educational packages begins with the analysis of the application file, where the student can accumulate a maximum of 400 points. Students who reach the required threshold are selected for the next stage.
- Interview (technical and HR) - selected candidates participate in interviews organized by Orange Romania (online, on the Teams platform), where they can accumulate a maximum of 600 points. Each candidate will take a technical interview for each selected internship position.

- Curriculum Vitae - must include contact details (phone, e-mail).

Where and when does it take place?
- Applications - between March 1 – April 25, 2026, by sending the application file to oep@orange.com.
- Interviews - between April 1 – April 30, 2026, conducted online on the Teams platform.
Selection criteria
- Students in the years preceding the final year (3rd year engineering / 2nd year mathematics-computer science) who have passed the first two years.
- Students who have accumulated at least 800 points out of a total of 1000 points (application file + interviews).
- Students who are not employed and commit not to be employed at another company during the program.
- Students who do not benefit from another private scholarship during the same period that involves contractual obligations to another company.
The educational packages may be withdrawn if:
- The beneficiary (student) obtains unsatisfactory results during the university exam session.
- The beneficiary fails to comply with one of the following obligations:
- Throughout the entire duration of the program, the beneficiary must comply with the disciplinary rules and internal regulations of Orange România.
- The beneficiary must consistently participate in the internship activities within Orange Romania and must not be absent without justification.
Other information
- The Orange Educational Program does not provide accommodation in Bucharest.
- The internship activity is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week of physical presence at the workplace.
- The scholarship for completing the bachelor’s thesis is granted upon the tutors’ recommendation, initially for a period of 4 months (September – December 2026), depending on the students’ performance during the internship period (July – August 2026).
- The extension of the scholarship for a period of 6 months (January – June 2027) is granted upon the tutors’ recommendation, based on the students’ performance during the bachelor’s study period (September – December).
