About
Between November 4–6, the 20th edition of the national RoEduNet conference – Networking in Education and Research – will take place, highlighting the importance of high-speed communication infrastructure and digitalization solutions in the development of the educational environment. Orange is the main partner of the conference.
Key Highlights
During the event, our colleague Marius Iordache will speak about the research projects carried out under #Horizon2020, in collaboration with universities, public administrations, and technology startups in Romania, as well as the new opportunities launched by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe program (2021–2027).
In addition, Cristian Turcin from Orange Business Services will present how research and education centers in Romania can adopt public cloud solutions that offer enhanced security, flexibility, and improved efficiency for their projects through the Open Clouds for Research Environments (OCRE) program. As a selected provider by GÉANT—the pan-European network for e-infrastructure and services dedicated to research and education — Orange Business Services delivers the Flexible Engine service to educational and research institutions that are part of the #AARNIEC network.
