The Politehnica University of Timișoara will host the 15th edition of the International Symposium on Electronics and Telecommunications (ISETC 2022) on November 10–11, 2022. The symposium is organized by the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technologies of Politehnica University of Timișoara, in collaboration with the Military Technical Academy, the Association of Electronics Engineers of Timișoara, with the support of IEEE and the Romanian Academy of Technical Sciences.
Orange Romania is the main partner of this event starting with this edition. Alongside other faculty members from the two higher education institutions, our colleague Cristian Pațachia, Development and Innovation Manager, is part of the Symposium’s Organizing Committee.
At the opening of the Symposium, our colleague Răzvan Mihai , IoT Architecture & Services Expert, will give a presentation titled “Orange Technical Innovation Ecosystem”, highlighting the role of Orange Romania’s technical innovation ecosystem in fostering collaboration with both academia and the entrepreneurial sector.
Orange Romania is also contributing to the Symposium with the paper “Urban Mobility – Determining the Real Catchment Area of a Shop Based on Customer-Shop Interactions”, presented by Gabriel Papuc, Development and Innovation Project Manager.
