The 15th International Conference on Communications took place on October 3-4, 2024 in Bucharest at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, co-organized together with the Military Technical Academy ,,Ferdinand I". On the first day of the conference, in the section dedicated to conference partners, our colleagues: Cristian Patachia-Sultanoiu, Development & Innovation Manager and Răzvan Mihai, IoT Architecture & Services Expert, gave a 20-minute presentation entitled Innovation @ Orange. Tech Transfer from Innovations & Research to Business in which different applications realized within the European projects of which Orange is part were shown. It was also presented the newest European project in which Orange Romania is involved: Connected Europe Facility - 5G for Smart Communities.
