About
Orange Educational Program for Information Technology and Communications – OEP-IT&C is an integrated educational initiative developed in collaboration with the academic community. The program operates across several areas, including technology education and research, corporate social responsibility, and human resources development.
Being open to joint research activities, the program enables universities to develop laboratories in partnership with Orange Romania, while also providing access to cutting-edge technology platforms that allow students to design and test innovative projects with practical applications. Students are encouraged to explore and grow their careers within the organization: through the program, they are offered educational packages that may include courses delivered by experts from Orange or from partner companies, internship opportunities within the company, and scholarships aimed at supporting students with outstanding academic results, as well as those completing their bachelor's, master's, or doctoral theses in collaboration with the company.
The program also supports ICT-related events such as conferences, workshops, competitions, and startup initiatives.
